In three easy steps, you can create an individualised networking booklet for your events, such as meetups, seminars or conferences.

Step 1
Creation of the participant link (URL) for your event

Design

When you create a networking booklet, you have the choice of two designs: a square version (148 x 148mm) or the slightly larger design in Din A5 (148mm x 210mm).

General Information & Categories

Enter all data for your networking booklet at the input screen (master information). You will find this information when you preview the title page.

On the following page, you will be able to choose the categories and the questions for your networking booklet.

Step 2
Invite your participants

Participant Link

Send the participant link (URL) to all of your potential attendees. This link will also be sent to you via e-mail, so you always have access to this personalised URL.

Data Import

Participants can easily import & integrate their data from LinkedIN or Xing. Also, they will be able to answer the personalised questions of your choice with the given URL.

+ Attention

Once the first participant has entered his/her data, you can not change the master information any longer that you have entered in step 1.

+ Tip

Send the participant link (URL) at least 4 weeks prior to your event, so participants have enough time to enter their data. Also that gives you time to print the networking booklet, if you choose to do so.

Step3
Finalise your networking booklet

Completion of the networking booklet

At any point in time, you can check the status of your networking booklet via the URL that you have received in step 1.

As soon as all participants have entered their data into the networking booklet, you can finalise the booklet and automatically create a digital PDF version. You could also print it, if you choose to do so.

+ Tip

Watch out that the content of the networking booklet is exactly as you want it to look like, before you send the URL to the participants.

Once you have ordered your networking booklet, you can no longer make any changes.
